Elise is five months old! She is so much fun now - so smiley and happy! And - just this week she has decided naps are not so bad, which makes for a much happier baby and mommy. She's going to bed around 7 or 7:30, only getting up once or twice at night to eat, and then goes right back down until 8 or 8:30. She can sit up when assisted, and is starting to really play with her toys. We love you Elise!
"Oh hey Mom!"
"What on earth are you doing now....?"
"Hey, what's over there??"
"Dude, can I get a little help here?"

ReplyDeleteIn response to Cinch - I think you could do it while nursing if you added a few extra calories per day (like 100-200). Her book is more focused on mixing the right foods together to boost metabolism... not promote starvation. :) If you're unsure, you can stay posted with how I do to see if it really works.
