23 Weeks...

23 weeks! Our baby girl is super active and was having an especially good time in church this morning. From what I read she can hear a lot of things going on around us, maybe it was the music! She even kicked Grandma Terri a few times. Here's a shot of me today - We're growing!
More big news! We got our stroller... (THANK YOU Grandpa & Grandma Goote!) Ollie is not amused and is actually quite terrified of it. Hopefully if we leave it out until she gets here he might get used to it.
Baby Girl's room is in process. We've gotten the crib & changing table/dresser put together, the bedding, and we're choosing paint colors! It is SO cute. We'll put up some pictures when it's done.

That's all for now. Heading out to the Lake for burgers tonight with the Calvin cousins. Yay!

When you ask me my due date and I say August 22, saying "ugh...you're going to be miserable all summer" or "I'm sorry...I am so glad that's not me" and laughing is not an appropriate response. It makes me want to punch you in the face.

I can't believe it!

It's a girl!

I can't believe it...we thought for sure we'd get a boy with all the girls in our family. We are very excited! After our appointment we did a little shopping...

Here you go...really there's no difference and you can't really tell I'm pregnant, at least I don't think so! Although I am definitely loving the stretchy pants (thanks Em!) and comfy dresses.

Less than a week until our ultrasound! Is Baby Goote a boy or a girl???

20 Weeks...or halfway pregnant.

Halfway pregnant...sounds weird. I guess it's more like all the way pregnant - halfway to the due date. Crazy. Finally an update - I'm waiting on a new card-reader for my camera so I'll update soon with pictures, but this will have to do for now.

Baby is kicking like crazy these days. Probably not a soccer player considering the level of athleticism in my family, but still kicking.

Between the last post and this one baby has definately grown! I have a cantaloupe on the counter, it's weird to think that's how big he/she is now, We've been to Florida and back, Baby Goote is moving a lot now, and it is FINALLY spring in Michigan. We have our big ultrasound scheduled for April 13, so we'll find out if Baby is a boy or girl then (hopefully). I've been thinking girl lately, but we'll see. I change my mind a lot.
