We had a great Easter. We went to church where I stayed in the nursery with Elise. She has never been in nursery before - and last week we just dropped her off. We were called out of church within 20 minutes and poor Elise was beside herself. It took her probably 30 minutes to calm down. This week I stayed with her so she can get used to it. We only had a few tears and after the first 30 minutes she was okay not touching me. By the end she was playing with the other kids.
We had a great lunch and an Easter egg hunt at the Lake! Nick's family came too so we had like 10 adults following Elise around. It was a little pathetic but so fun.
Elise looks adorable! I wish she didn't need a jacket so we could see her dress. Love the commentary of all the adults on the video. Made me laugh really hard!

ReplyDeleteYou are SO going to love it when she's used to church nursery. Joe and I always joke that church feels kind of like a date b/c the kids aren't there.
